Featuring terracotta tiles, wooden beams and bright airy interiors, our houses are modeled on the Tuscan casolare but built with modern energy-efficient technology. Each house has 3 bedrooms, a large open kitchen and pergola, private and communal gardens, 2 bathrooms and a cloakroom, 2 shaded parking spaces and a 20 meter shared swimming pool.

The Maremma is a quiet maritime region of Tuscany characterized by pine-lined pristine beaches and wooded hillsides. Borgo Santa Chiara rests on a hill six miles inland, with views stretching from the forest leading up to Siena to the Island of Elba. The location is easy to reach yet secluded, and the surrounding forest's protected status forbids that future constructions may spoil the views.
